Congratulations to Kailey Broderick and Mason Mee on being selected as the Suffolk Zone Award Recipients for Harborfields High School.  The annual Suffolk Zone award is given to a male and female physical education student in each county high school who best exemplify exceptional physical performance, character and citizenship.
Congratulations to Sean Hurley & Emma Magnus, winners of this year's Shakespeare Recitation Contest, as judged by faculty and audience/peer ballots.  The top two performers were recognized and received certificates from The National Endowment for the Arts.

Naviance Family Connection:
Naviance "Family Connection" is the central college and career assessment software program used by Harborfields, to manage students' post-high school planning.  Every student should activate and utilize Naviance throughout their high school years, to stay on track with their college or other post-secondary plans and preparations.   If you do not have your unique account access code, contact guidance to get it.

College Visits:   
You must get a pass from the Guidance  office or GRC to attend college visits during class time.  The College Visit schedule is available on Naviance.
NYSSMA registration opened on November 28th and it will close on January 9th.  Any students interested in NYSSMA should see their music teacher for registration forms and details.
HHS can put your General Mills Boxtops to good use!

Join Clubs!
There are over 40 student clubs and organizations to get involved in, covering interests across the board - from sports to arts, theater, literature, journalism, business, world cultures, philanthropy, math, science, technology - you name it.  Meetings are generally posted on morning announcements.  Stop in to the next meeting to check it out!
