Support HF's Sports!
Join Harborfield's
Booster Club!
The Harborfields Booster Club was established in 1978 to promote and encourage extracurricular activities, particularly athletic sports, for the students of the Harborfields Central School District.
The Booster Club's primary focus is to financially enhance the district's physical education and athletic department budget in support of ALL sports.  They do this through annual membership dues and other fundraising events.
We encourage all families, particularly those with student athletes at OMS and the High School, to support the athletic programs in the district by becoming a member of the
 Booster Club.

April Happenings
There's so much to do in April!
Please make time to attend an important presentation by Ken Bartolo on April 4th.  Ken is a recovered addict.  His story is compelling because he was also an all-star athlete.  His story is one of recovery and redemption and should not be missed.
The Harborfields Community is asked to help support The Great Domino Food Drive!
Starting Friday, March 10th, the library will be collecting non-perishable food items to replenish the HACO Food Pantry.  For each unopened food item donated, you will add a domino to the Great Domino Run.  The Social Studies class with the most donations will be invited to set the Marble/Domino Run in motion and enjoy time in the new Library MakerSpace.
Guess what OMS? The first annual Color Run is off to a great start.
Your community is coming together to support you and your friends.  We have some amazing sponsors helping to
run this event including, Home Depot, Dunking Donuts, TD Bank, Subway
and even some more local sponsors
like the Harborfields Lacrosse Club
and Soccer Club!!

Don't forget that schools are closed
for Spring Recess from
April 8th through the 16th
It is that time of the year again.  We are preparing for the 2017 - 2018 school year! A vital part of this is putting together a PTA Executive Board that will help guide and assist all of the programs we currently have and even implement some new ones.  All of this is in place so our children can have a wonderful academic experience.
As an officer of the board, you must be communicative, insightful and passionate about our programs and children.  If you have these qualities, come join the OMS PTA!  Our kids are growing so quickly and at OMS there is only a little parent presence. Stay involved and be a part of the happenings.  A new experience for your child and an added experience for the parent.   Fill out the application and return it to the OMS PTA Nominating Committee by Friday, April 21st.
Thank you for considering a position on the OMS Executive Board.  We look forward to hearing from you.
Joining OMS PTA enables you to become part of an important advocacy organization focused on student success.  Each year, we work with OMS teachers & administrators to identify appropriate student and school needs that we can help meet.
Over the  years, OMS PTA grants to our school helped to enhance students' educational opportunities by funding such items as: Sewing machines,
Scanners, Smartboards, Subscriptions to
assist with ELA preparedness, equipment for the technology and science rooms and Lego robotics kits.
For the safety of all of our children please be patient during the drop off and pick-up times.
OMS has established safe traffic patterns and ask all parents to work with us to ensure all of our
children's safe arrival and dismissal.
Also, please be on-time for drop-off and  pick-up for school events.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
